🔒 Short Summary
This simulator is a free-to-play simulator with no real money. We collect only the minimum data needed to run your account (username, hashed password, virtual balance, and gameplay history). We do not sell your data, run advertising trackers, or share your information with third parties.

2. Data We Collect and Why
2.1 Account Data
When you register, we store:
- Username — to identify you in the simulator and live chat
- Password — stored as a cryptographic hash (bcrypt); we never store plaintext passwords
- Account creation date / last login — for security purposes
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract (providing the simulator service you requested).
2.2 Gameplay Data
We store the following in our database:
- Virtual coin balance and transaction history
- Virtual inventory (items won in the simulator)
- Cases opened, best win, level, XP
- Battle history and results
- Clicker upgrade progress
This data exists solely to provide the game experience and has no real-world monetary value. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
2.3 Chat Messages
Live chat messages are stored in our database and visible to all logged-in users. Do not include personal or sensitive information in chat. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
2.4 Server Log Files
Our hosting provider automatically logs technical access data:
- IP address (anonymized where possible)
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Pages accessed and timestamps
- Referrer URL
These are retained for up to 7 days for security and stability purposes and are not merged with account data. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in system security.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
3.1 Session Cookie
After login, a session cookie is set to keep you authenticated. This cookie contains only a session token — no personal data. It expires when you log out or close your browser. This cookie is technically necessary and requires no consent under § 25 (2) TTDSG.
3.2 localStorage (Browser Storage)
The simulator uses your browser's localStorage to remember
your volume preference (revsim_vol). This data stays entirely
in your browser and is never sent to our server.
We do not use advertising, tracking, analytics, or third-party cookies of any kind on this simulator.
4. Data Retention
Account and gameplay data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6). Server log files are deleted after 7 days.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Your username and chat messages are visible to other logged-in users of the simulator by design. Virtual inventory and battle results may be displayed publicly within the simulator interface.
We use a hosting provider in the EU/EEA to store data. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
6. Your Rights under GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access (Art. 15) — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure (Art. 17) — request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Restriction (Art. 18) — request limited processing
- Data portability (Art. 20) — receive your data in a structured format

- Lodge a complaint — with the Bavarian data protection authority (BayLDA)
