What Is OPCases?
October 2026 re-test: OPCases has a new owner — Dice is out, Elnoxx runs the site now. Game modes are the same, but there's a new monthly leaderboard and a steady stream of small updates that make the site nicer to use. Support is still slow.
OPCases is a CS2 case-opening site built around a small, focused set of games — Cases, Case Battles and an Upgrader — with officially published house edges instead of hidden margins.
Since the ownership change the site hasn't been rebuilt, but it's clearly being worked on again: a leaderboard was added, the deposit menu got cleaner with 20+ methods, and lots of small UX tweaks make it feel more polished than in our February review.
Withdrawals go out as CS2 skins (P2P via Waxpeer) or crypto — BTC, ETH, SOL and LTC.
Is OPCases Legit?
Functionally, yes. Odds are published, deposits and withdrawals work, and skin withdrawals run through Waxpeer, a well-known P2P skin marketplace.
The bigger trust question right now is the ownership change. OPCases was previously run by Dice and is now owned by Elnoxx. So far the new owner is improving the site rather than cutting corners, but a new team is still a new team — keep deposits sensible until it has a longer track record.
Support: as far as we know only about two people handle support, and it shows — replies are slow. Don't expect instant help if a withdrawal gets stuck.

Withdrawals are much narrower than deposits: CS2 skins through Waxpeer's P2P marketplace, or BTC, ETH, SOL and LTC. No Rust/Dota skins and no fiat out. The withdraw menu also has a promo-code box — OPCases drops free-coin codes on its Discord and socials.
P2P note: skin withdrawals depend on what's listed on Waxpeer at that moment, so a specific skin can take a while.

The leaderboard was the missing piece in our first review. The prize pool isn't huge next to Clash or CSGORoll, but knife and glove prizes for the top 3 are a nice touch for a site this size.
Customer Support
Support is OPCases' weakest point. As far as we know, only around two people work on it, so replies take a while — noticeably slower than on bigger sites with 24/7 teams.
It's not a dealbreaker for casual play, but if you deposit larger amounts, keep in mind that a stuck withdrawal or account issue may take time to sort out.
